Writing Wars

 

Writing Wars is a month of writing hosted by the Writing Warriors: Brie & Camille and our many members!

 

It’s a month of trying to reach 50k words without holidays to interrupt, just another month to write as a community! We decided to start this because we noticed how difficult it was to hit 50k words in November, but trust us this is no replacement for the real deal. We just wanted a time that it would be plausible for us to hit our goal without holidays or major events getting in the way. We will still be participating in November as well and we encourage you to as well!

Now, Writing Wars will have forums for all participants to post their word count goals and progress throughout the month. As well as find mentors and partner to encourage all the way to the end!

 

We will also provide group resources like a discord chat, progress tracker, sprint's website, and more. This is our first year and though it will be small we will still have fun with it!

 

Participants may link their My Write Club trackers , any private sprint rooms,  as well as their discord name.
 

Overall we just made this to have another month to write with such an awesome community and have fun while cheering each other on! Writing is lonely, but it doesn't have to be! Come join us August 20
